Rachel and Hassan’s wedding at Barrington Hill Weddings & Events in Dade City, Florida was filled with emotion, romance, and so many meaningful moments — from an incredibly sweet first look to a night that ended with fireworks lighting up the sky.
I had the honor of second shooting their beautiful celebration alongside my friend Jessica Ivette Photography, and it was such a joy getting to help document their story.
An Emotional First Look at Barrington Hill
Rachel and Hassan chose to see each other before their ceremony, and their first look quickly became one of my favorite moments of the day.
There’s something so special about that quiet moment between two people before everything else begins. For just a few minutes, the timeline slows down, the guests aren’t around, and the couple gets to simply take in the fact that their wedding day is finally here.
For Rachel and Hassan, that moment was filled with genuine emotion and made for some incredibly meaningful photographs.
A Romantic Dade City Wedding
Barrington Hill Weddings & Events provided such a beautiful backdrop for their celebration.
Located in Dade City, Florida, the property gave us plenty of opportunities to create romantic wedding portraits while also capturing all of the candid moments happening throughout the day.
And those in-between moments are some of my favorites to photograph.
The glances no one else notices. The laughter between portraits. The reactions from family and friends. The moments when a couple completely forgets there are cameras around them.
Those photographs help tell the story of what a wedding day actually felt like — not just what it looked like.
Bride and Groom Portraits at Barrington Hill
Throughout the day, we had the opportunity to create portraits of Rachel and Hassan around the beautiful grounds of Barrington Hill.
While I always love creating timeless, romantic portraits for my couples, I also want those images to feel genuine to the people in them.
Rachel and Hassan made that easy.
Their connection was so natural, and photographing the two of them together felt less like creating moments and more like simply documenting what was already there.
Ending the Night With Fireworks
Just when their wedding day seemed like it couldn’t get any more magical, Rachel and Hassan ended their celebration with an incredible fireworks display. ✨
Watching fireworks fill the sky behind the newlyweds created such an unforgettable ending to their day — and an amazing opportunity for some dramatic nighttime wedding photographs.
From the emotion of their first look earlier that day to standing together beneath a sky filled with fireworks that night, their wedding truly felt like a complete story from beginning to end.

They're found throughout the entire day — in the anticipation before the ceremony, the emotion of seeing each other for the first time, the quiet moments between portraits, the celebration with family and friends, and sometimes even beneath a sky filled with fireworks.
